Hamishwillee - Renamed title

Hi saramgsilva

Thanks for this article. I have renamed it to be more "specific" in title. I have not yet subedited.

One thing to consider is branding - is the name "marketplace" or "windows phone store". Best to use consistent naming in line with branding.

Don?t have problem, i think we should use Windows Phone Store, because if you see the link www.windowsphone.com/pt-pt/store the name is store. We should change the name for portuguese version, for "Pontos a ter em considera??o antes de submeter uma aplica??o na loja do Windows Phone"
